This page explains what personal data Nowly collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the “Start offering a service” form and to your visit to this site.
What we collect
When you apply to offer a service we collect only what you type into the form:
- Your full name
- Your mobile number
- The service category you work in and the governorate where you work
- The language of the page you used (Arabic or English)
What we do not collect
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not load third-party scripts. Like any web service, our servers briefly handle your IP address so we can deliver the page and limit abusive traffic.
Why we use it
We use your details only to contact you about joining Nowly as a service supplier — to call you, help you register, and verify your identity as part of onboarding. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Your application is visible to the Nowly team members who handle supplier onboarding. We rely on infrastructure and email providers to run the service (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery), and they process data only on our behalf. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your application for as long as it is needed to handle your request and to keep a record of how you were contacted. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Tell us at the address below and we will act on your request.
Security
The form sends your details over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to Nowly’s own server, and access to applications is limited to authorised staff.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date above.
