What is Nowly?
Nowly is a mobile app that connects people in Egypt with verified service professionals. You post what you need, suppliers send offers, and you pick the best one. Right now Home Maintenance & Services is the only category open for booking — cleaning, tutoring, tech, beauty, auto, events and more are coming soon.
Which services are available?
Nowly launches with 11 categories (and more are on the way): Home Maintenance, Cleaning, Education & Tutoring, IT & Technology, Beauty & Personal Care, Transportation & Delivery, Automotive, Events & Entertainment, Business, Personal Services, and Outdoor & Gardening. Today, only Home Maintenance & Services is available, with 39 trades; the other 10 categories are coming soon.
How do I pay?
Payment is in cash after the work is finished. Both you and the supplier confirm the payment inside the app, which closes the job.
How are suppliers verified?
Before taking orders, every supplier submits their national ID (front and back) and a selfie, which our team reviews.
Do I have to share my phone number?
No. You can chat and call the supplier from inside the app, and phone numbers are never shown to the other side.
Is my address safe?
Suppliers browsing orders only see the city and an approximate distance. The full address is shared only with the supplier you choose.
What if something goes wrong?
There is an SOS button during a job and a support team available 24/7. Both sides can also cancel with a reason, and reliability is tracked fairly.
Which languages and areas are supported?
The app works fully in Arabic and English. Service areas are set by governorate across Egypt, starting with the biggest markets.
